If vehicle is financed or leased:

• Valid and current vehicle registration.
• Valid ID for each person listed on the vehicle registration.
• We will require a social security number or account number to obtain a 15 day payoff from your lender.
• Manuals, keys, and accessories for the vehicle
• All owners listed on loan/lease need to be present.

Most inspections only take a few minutes and the total sale of your vehicle often takes just 30 – 60 minutes. We may contact you prior to your appointment to obtain some of the needed information to reduce your time with us! 

If you own your vehicle and have a valid title in hand, we cut you a check during your appointment.

You’re never obligated to sell your vehicle to us, even after an inspection. 

 No concealed charges apply! The only potential additional fees include a $15.00 Ohio titling fee, a $15.00 duplicate title fee in case of a lost title, or a 2% fee when opting to use a credit card for amounts exceeding the appraised value of your vehicle. 

Regrettably, we are unable to provide cash payments. Our practice is to issue corporate checks, which can be deposited or cashed at your bank. This measure is implemented to ensure the safety of both our employees and customers. 

No problem. We'll contact your financial institution during your appointment to secure a 20-day payoff, aiding in the assessment of the outstanding amount. Payment can be made through a credit card or certified check.
